Tell us what you need
Get in touch with your dates, times, age groups and any specific requirements. Phone, email or the request form all work.There is no long form to wrestle with. Tell us the dates and hours you need covered, the age groups involved and anything particular to your setting, whether that is dietary awareness, additional support needs or a qualification level you require. We will ask a few friendly questions so we understand your rooms and routines, and there is no obligation at this stage. The more you can share, the better the match we can make.

Your cover arrives ready
Briefed on your setting and ready to slot into your routines, for a single day or a longer placement.Before the first shift, your cover is briefed on the essentials: where to go, who to ask for, your daily rhythm and anything you have flagged in advance. They arrive ready to settle in quickly and support your children with as little disruption as possible, whether that is a single day of sickness cover or a placement that runs for several weeks. The aim is a calm handover and a member of staff who feels like part of your team from the start.

As the employer we take care of PAYE and payroll, and you receive clear, simple invoicing.Because we are the employer, payroll, PAYE, National Insurance and holiday pay all sit with us rather than with you. There are no separate contracts to set up for each person and no payroll to run at your end.
